Odd AG packaging received

Your luck you got your Cape Island dress for Addy. Only way to get one now is with a PS. The stores will not take credit cards over the phone. I just got done ordering 3 from New York. I will be listing 2 on ebay soon. Will let you know if they come in a box or bag.

But makes me wonder if AG takes the last few hundred outfits and sets them aside for the benefits. I am amazed at how many old retired outfits are still being sold at the benefits. I may be way off but it just seems odd to me that there are so many dress coming up for auction on ebay that are from 1999, 2000, 20001. Where have they been hiding? These are not from private collections these are from the sellers in MI and WI. It is like AG is cleaning out their warehouses and have found piles of old boxes.

That is the way some of the outfitssame before in a Garment Bag style thing. Mine came like that months ago - It is just older stock

All outfits used to come in a bag until the girl of today was introduced. Then they started to put outfits in the boxes.

I think it must just be old stock. My Samantha talent show dress came in a bag, and these two outfits were released at the same time.

Well, I had ordered the Addy Cape Island outfit from AG by phone and CS had told me to recall as inventory was low. Called the next day, my order was on hold for some reason and AG did not know if it will ship out. So I called AGPNY, ordered another Cape outfit from them, they shipped it off. Came in a reg AG box. Then I recalled AG to cancel the first order, I do not need two Capes. The order had finally gone through and the outfit was on its way! so this means, paid double shipping and double outfits.. yesterday the UPS truck came, the box was open! the tape was ripped apart! and the box was opening on its own. The outfit was in it of course, phewwww. But the Cape Island came in a AG bag! not the original box. It is one of those bags that we see at AGP for the special sale. So, could this be the next special? why did it come in a bag? if there is enough boxes? just too odd for me. So now here I am with TWO outfits. lol.

That's weird about the box....but at least you'll have an extra to sell on ebay when it's finally gone!
